Haus of Blanc Terms & Conditions

By booking, accessing or using Haus of Blanc, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Bookings & Payments

Full payment is required to confirm all bookings.
Bookings are not held or reserved until payment has been received.
Booking times include your setup, shoot time and pack down.
Please ensure you leave the studio by the end of your booked session.
Late arrivals do not extend your booking time.
Any additional time used beyond your booking will incur an overrun fee of $100 per hour, charged to the same card used to make the booking.

Studio Use

Clients are responsible for leaving the studio in the condition it was found.

Any damage to furniture, equipment, styling items or the studio beyond normal wear and tear may result in repair or replacement costs being charged.

Please treat the space with care and respect to ensure it remains available for all guests.

Liability

Clients use the studio and its equipment at their own risk. Haus of Blanc is not responsible for personal injury, loss, theft or damage to personal belongings during your booking.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including photography, branding, text, graphics and design, remains the intellectual property of Haus of Blanc unless otherwise stated and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

Changes to These Terms

Haus of Blanc reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.

Damage Bond & Cleaning Policy

To protect the studio, its furnishings and equipment, Haus of Blanc securely retains the payment card used at the time of booking until a post-booking inspection has been completed.

A separate damage bond is not required; however, by confirming your booking, you authorise Haus of Blanc to charge the stored payment method where necessary for costs incurred as a result of your booking.

Additional charges may apply for:

Damage to the studio, furniture, equipment, props or styling items beyond normal wear and tear.
Missing or stolen items belonging to the studio.
Excessive cleaning required beyond standard use, including but not limited to glitter, confetti, wax, smoke residue, excessive rubbish, spills, stains or other materials requiring specialist cleaning.
Failure to return furniture, props or equipment to their original locations where additional labour is required.
Overtime beyond the booked session, charged at $100 per hour (or part thereof).
Any repair, replacement or restoration costs resulting from misuse of the studio or its contents.

Where additional charges are required, Haus of Blanc will notify the booking contact and provide a summary of the costs incurred. Charges will only reflect the reasonable costs associated with repairs, replacement, cleaning or additional time used.

The payment method will be released once the studio inspection has been completed and no further charges apply.

Haus of Blanc reserves the right to seek additional compensation where the cost of repairs or replacement exceeds the amount recoverable from the stored payment method.
