Refund, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled booking are eligible for either:

a full refund, or
-
a studio credit valid for 6 months.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of the booking are non-refundable.

No-shows are non-refundable, and no studio credit will be issued.

Failure to attend your booking without notice will be treated as a cancellation.
Rescheduling
Bookings may be rescheduled once, free of charge, provided:

the request is made at least 72 hours before your booking; and
-
the new date is subject to studio availability.
Requests made within 72 hours of the booking cannot be guaranteed.
Late Arrivals
Late arrivals do not extend your booking time and do not qualify for a refund or credit for unused time.
Overtime
Additional time used beyond the booked session will be charged at $100 per hour, using the card provided during booking.
