Payment Information

To protect both our clients and our business, the payment card used for your booking may be securely retained until a final inspection of the studio has been completed after your booking.

The stored card may only be used to charge for:

  • Damage to the studio, furniture or equipment

  • Additional booking time or overtime

  • Any agreed charges relating to your booking
     

Once the inspection has been completed and no additional charges apply, no further action will be taken.

CCTV

Haus of Blanc operates CCTV throughout the studio for the safety and security of our guests, staff and property.

Footage is used solely for:

  • Security purposes

  • Investigating damage or incidents

  • Confirming studio use complies with our booking terms
     

We do not use CCTV footage for marketing purposes or any unrelated use, and footage is handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
