What's Next?
HOW TO PROCEED WITH YOUR SHOOT
01 - Confirmation
Once you've selected a package, we'll send through a service agreement and a 50% deposit invoice to secure your booking. For podcast subscriptions, we'll also set up your monthly direct debit during this process.
02 - Booking your first podcast
Once your service agreement has been signed and your deposit paid (or direct debit established), we'll be in touch to schedule your first filming session.
03 - Pre-production
We’ll schedule a call to discuss your ideal podcast setup and gather any additional details for your first episode
04 - Filming day
Your dedicated videographer will set up prior to your arrival so that when you and your guests arrive, we simply complete an audio check and begin filming.
05 - Post-production & Editing
We carefully edit and refine your podcast assets, with a turnaround time of 2–3 weeks depending on the number of deliverables. Your final invoice will be sent after filming day.
06 - Delivery & Review
Your final episode will be delivered via a curated online gallery, with an optional review session to ensure you're completely happy with the outcome. The final invoice will be issued in the week of delivery.
